When you’re thinking of your next adventure trip that you want to plan, consider a whale-watching expedition while staying ocean-side in an Alaskan lodge? From the remote northernmost to the lush southeast, the state’s whale watching opportunities are the crowning jewel of many Alaskan vacations. And in the summer, after thousands of whales have made their way to the rich feeding grounds of Alaska waters, sightings are as plentiful as the sun. And, after a full day of whale-watching and wildlife sightings, wouldn’t it just be awesome to kick up your heels and watch the sunset from the porch of a seaside lodge while whales pass by? At Anglers Adventures and Outfitters, we want you to experience all that Alaska has to offer!
Fully Customizable Fishing And Whale-Watching Excursions
Whale watching at Anglers Adventures and Outfitters is truly the trip of a lifetime. Whether you charter a full day (8 hours) or a multi-day excursion, you’re bound to have an amazing experience! There are so many things to see out on the water and with our charter, we can get you an up close and personal look. Our charter guests regularly watch sea lions playing in the bay, humpback whales rising to the surface, and killer whales entertaining in the open waters. The Southeast Alaskan waters are filled with fun adventures that always leave you wanting more. After a full day out on the water, there’s nothing better than coming home to your private fishing lodge, relaxing, then going back out on the water the very next day.
Ocean-side Lodging To Enhance Your Alaskan Adventure
We are extremely excited to offer the option of lodging, so you can extend your fishing excursion over a longer period, taking in more of what the area has to offer. During peak salmon season there is an abundance of wildlife – wildlife that you can see from the front porch of the lodge! There exists a variety of wildlife on the island including moose, deer, black bears, mountain goats, and gray wolves. The private Oceanside Lodge is available for you to reserve for one night or multiple nights. It is a three-bedroom facility with two bathrooms, a large kitchen area, a living room, a dining room, and a ventilated processing room with freezer storage provided (for any fish you may catch on your excursions).
Adventures Not Available On A Cruise Ship
When you come aboard a charter excursion, your goals quickly become our goals. Would you like to see sea lions lounging along the shores? Do your eyes light up when you see a humpback whale surface in the ocean waters? Would you prefer to watch killer whales play with their food? These scenarios and more are just some of the moments that our whale watching charter guests witness regularly. Captain Brian Ringeisen and the team at Anglers Adventures and Outfitters have been guiding visitors through the Alaskan waters for nearly 30 years. They know the best times and places to see the whales and other wildlife that you want to see. They will do their best to get you in perfect positioning for that picture-perfect moment!
